Stop in there last Friday looking for liquid non nicotine vape products. The young man was so nice he wouldn’t even sell me the vapes that were there he told me that a supply was coming in next week and to come back. I thought that was so thoughtful of him.😊 I’m going back on Friday.

Honestly, the staff are the main reason I keep coming back to this location. Customer service is always on point — friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. They’re helpful without being pushy and make the whole experience quick and easy every time. I’ve never had a negative experience here — every visit has been smooth and positive. I also love that they have a rewards program — you just put in your phone number and can earn $5 off. It’s such a nice perk and makes coming back even better. If you’re looking for a shop with a great selection and consistently excellent service, I highly recommend checking them out!

I used to buy high end vapes and other stuff from them for the last 3 or 4 years then some lady with kinda like a buzz cut was very weird and treated me as if I was going to steal because I wanted to look at the box. If a customer can’t look at the box of a product how do you expect to conduct business at professional level? This person is going to cause this business to lose more money. I’ll never step foot into that store again.

🚨 Rude. Illegal. Do not spend money here!! They will not return an illegal item. The manager & women working here sold us a product they said would cleanse & pass a drug test in NC for probation which is against the law in the state of North Carolina as it causes a "diluted result". That is not a cleanser that is a fail. She told me this would pass a drug test. She said it would not effect the test. I tried to exchange the items unopened for store credit due to being misled in the store & they will not return an illegal item & refused it even unopened. Also the manager was hostile, rude and shouldn't be in customer service. Thanks for nothing and. A huge waste of $60 for something that wouldn't ever work. Do not shop here 🚨
