If I could give this a zero I would. Very unprofessional when it comes to U-Haul rentals. The man at the counter had No idea of how to actually do a rental. Then when returning the truck I returned it in better conditioned than received as it was FILTHY when we got it. I went inside to return and he said you return in your phone not in here you do it you do it. So I tried to return it on my phone. Door to poor service in that area the unrated wouldn’t submit. He then stuck his phone in my face and asked where the blankets and dolly were and I let him know they were neatly folded at the end of the truck. He said no you go get them and bring them in here you don’t leave them in the trucks. So I went out and wrestled all the blankets that were already in the truck when we rented it and the dolly and brought them inside. He then wouldn’t take the keys from me so I left them in the drop box completed my drop off on my phone and left. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE he is very very rude

No public restroom, as a traveling working man that's a no go for me. Almost all traffic around is working men. Get a bathroom and people will stop by
