Outstanding service and great people at Mooresville Vapor & Gifts Mooresville Vapor & Gifts is hands-down one of the best shops around. The store is always clean, well-organized, and stocked with a solid variety of products at fair prices. What really sets this place apart, though, is the customer service. Sam and Waleed are absolutely top-tier. They’re both incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely care about helping you find exactly what you need—not just making a sale. They take the time to answer questions, explain differences between products, and make recommendations that actually make sense for you. You never feel rushed or pressured. Sam has a great attitude and is always welcoming the moment you walk in, and Waleed is just as friendly and informative. Together, they create an environment that feels relaxed, professional, and trustworthy. You can tell they take pride in what they do and in taking care of customers.

Very fast and friendly service! I see them often and they ask about my boyfriend when he’s not with me which is very sweet and considerate, definitely the cheapest place I’ve found for 7oh and shroom gummies!

I had previously posted a good review of this store, we have been excellent customers for over a year, my husband spends a ridiculous amount t of money here many times a week. I purchased a vape here two days ago, it tastes horrible, very "burnt". I went in to see if they would exchange it, I have NEVER tried to exchange anything before. The owner wouldn't even let me get my question out of my mouth. He talked over me, quoting store policy. Again, I have NEVER had a complaint, but when your store sells a defective product, and a good customer needs customer service, and you shut them down rudely before even co sideline the money spent weekly at your establishment, that is poor business. Needless to say, we will never come here again, and they may not miss our business, but owners often forget the customer service part of business, and my request was not even listened to. He was loud, and rude, in front of other customers, I was quiet and respectful. If you treat enough good customers this way, it WILL result in losing those customers. All for a $22 vape that was defective.

Where do I begin with my beautiful friends?! I love this shop. A shop is a shop, it has employees, product and a pos. Everywhere has that; it’s the customer service WILL make you shop. They are on it in here!! Even answering phones…no other shop has ever answered when I’ve called. I’ve even had someone (will not name drop for everyone else to ask) lol go out of their way to order a huge supply for me to have 1 thing. I know if I’m having a bad day, all I gotta do is pop in and see a smile coming from Waleed or Keemo, from there I’ll also have a smile for the rest of the day. Waleed and Keemo are amazing!! I don’t see Keemo too often anymore, but still love him. I see Waleed all the time!! Such a hard working man. Waleed is so sweet, he could give you cavities 😘 hands down, best shop in town.
