I am always greeted with the most warmest welcome from Tonya & Danny. Always willing to go over new products that I have questions about. Another key point is that they remember me each and every time I come to make a purchase which lets you know that they value their customers. I will always shop at this location because of the great customer service I receive from them. Highly recommend choosing this location.

My experience is always welcomed and professional. Always great to see my friends Danny and Tonya at the counter ready to serve the customer with their needs. They each are well knowledgeable and carry themselves showing a will-do attitude. The manager of this establishment made the correct wise choice hiring them as the face and interaction of Vapor Max.

UPDATE: leaving my old review simply so you all know how well the owner handled the situation! As soon as I posted this review he reached out, found our receipt, refunded us, apologized for our experience, and promised he was taking it seriously with the employee as well. I trust he’s totally on top of his employees, his store, and his product! Paid over $60 for a disposable THC vape pen that was broken. They refused any exchanges, returns, replacements, or money back. Within the week after purchasing, the pen was leaking from a small hole on the bottom. I took it in and showed the manager. He said there was nothing they could do. Claimed it was against FDA policies to reimburse me or give me another pen. He told me to contact the manufacturer of the pen. Then he said, and I quote, “but the manufacturer will probably give you the ring around. So I’m not sure what to tell you to do.” I then asked for a receipt of purchase to show the manufacturer, to which he couldn’t locate in his system. So I left. Now I’m YouTubing ways to disassemble the pen and transfer the oil to a new cart. Oh, he did tell me as I was leaving that he would give me a small discount next time I wanted to come back and buy another pen, to which I told him I definitely would not be buying another pen here??? WTH? Lmfao They had an entire shipment. Literally atleast 75-100 of the same pens stocked on the wall. They are still selling them! They must not vet out companies before they sell their pens. ELF THC is not the same as ELF nicotine pens.

I usually have a great, welcoming experience when I go to any dispensary. This was my first time at this dispensary and, today was not a welcoming experience. Looking for my new vape. I wanted to be directed to low cost vapes and the lady inside on today said $30 vapes was the starting but there was one she could've sold to me for $19.99 and I said this but she just stared at me rushing me out the way for the european lady behind me..gives me racist vibes. I had to put this review because u don't want anyone my completion to have any problems.
