Been coming here once a week every week for months now. Got a vape yesterday didnt leave the store and showed boss man it was working. He hit me with the "it was just working so now I cant do anything" like dude I didnt leave the store and im showing you its not working. So ill spend my money else where. Ive never had a problem, never been rude to the stuff. Guess taking care of your customers isnt what they do here. I wouldn't spend a dime here considering they couldnt even take care of someone that spends money there EVERY week. So this is an edit since google wont let me reply to this lying man. I tried to show you that there was no pull on the vape. So sometimes it produces a cloud sometimes it doesn't. You are the liar because I simply asked "May I get the same flavor, just a different one" you automatically said no. You are rude and obviously do not value your customers because ive seen other reviews where you just accuse people. The vape is shorted out. It doesnt work properly. And you wont fix the problem. So im going elsewhere, ive already found a better store with more variety and cheaper vapes. Ive already told other people and they say you sell fake vapes on top of that. You are wrong. And you just lost a loyal customer.

I’ve been here twice. Exceptionally kind & helpful blonde employee - actually kinder than most in Alb. Always have what I need and I wld drive to Oakboro any day for what I need, over calling every single vape store in Alb who never has I need. Love this place. Excellent customer service!! Not sure why the negative reviews. Biggest selection of vapes I’ve seen in Alb or any place I’ve had to travel. They’ve always got a customer in me!

The last review makes no sense to me. No vape I ever got was empty and long as you try the vape before leaving it's fine. Never had an issue with a receipt and not really noticed price changes. Every now and then the guy will cut me a deal but prices for me have been consistent

I’ve been coming here for about a year now and every time I buy a budget cart I get priced either $10 one time and $15-$17 the next. I asked about it and watched her cover the price that said 9.99…

When I went in the lady never spoke, I said how are you? She said after about 30 seconds, and wiping her eyes "I'm alright" so I am looking at the vapes, never once cane over asking can I help u, so it pissed me off and I just bought what I had which I wish now I hadn't. I will never go back in there again. Idk who owns this store, but u need new employee. This was about 3 on Monday Aug 19. Very much dissatisfied and it was my first time going in there, and will be my last
