Always love the experience here. They have knowledgeable employees, who actually care about you/your needs and won't try to up-sell you something you might not need/want just for the sake of it. They always have what we need in stock and in the rare case they don't, they order it quickly. I drive "out of my way" to visit Cozmik & always will!

Overcharged. Staff is hit or miss. Some days they are friendly and helpful other days you get the grumpy guy. Prices are high for the quality of what you get but that’s par for the course in rural NC. Have gotten multiple carts that have failed or not worked altogether and several become gooey and unusable after minimal use. Its the best place in town but that’s not saying a lot because Albemarle is full of overpriced vape stores. If you know what you’re looking for going in, you shouldn’t have any issues. There’s also a surcharge for using any other payment besides cash in current year.

Best vape shop ever! The owners are very helpful and friendly. This is definitely my place to shop

So this was one of the best shops in my opinion. The owner is extremely friendly and actually knows what he's talking about. A huge upgrade from the other one I went to the other day and both people there couldn't answer one question about products or juice. And to top it off they sold me 2 mods (will say at a good price) but then had no coils for it. But luckily I found Cozmik Vapes and this guys isn't a joke like other people. He had everything I needed. He didnt have my tank but he had coils for it. Then I watched him order special coils just for me. He ordered some for me now, and then some to keep in stock for when I need more. Truly this guy has a passion for what he does and is one of the easiest people to deal with. I actually enjoyed spending my money in his shop because he deserves it for all the hard work. Keep on outdoing your competition Cozmik Vapes. I'll be back.

The staff are some of the friendliest in the business. My friends and I love going by the shop to talk about the latest products. The owner is fairly knowledgable, but makes up for any lack of knowledge with his friendliness and honesty. You can always feel you've made a good purchase when you leave this shop.
