I went in tonight with my family. It was 6 of us. “Z” was the one who greeted us and took care of us for the most part (hookah & main point of contact) while “ TT” was our server for drinks . This was our first time visitng this establishment after searching for a hookah lounge. So glad this was the place we chose. Today is a Sunday, we went around 5 & left around 7 something. It was slow but the vibes were so perfect. There were a couple booths with just 1 person in it. But basically I’m saying wether busy or not you can definitely count on having a good time. Chill vibe, great music, awesome hookah, awesome customer service! I mean literally 10/10 across the board! This is our now our go to spot for great hookah and chill vibes and awesome energy all around! Thanks you guys. Don’t hesitate, give them a try!

A Deplorable Experience: A Case Study in Hostility and Poor Quality ​My visit to this establishment on Halloween, intended as a festive outing with friends, unfortunately devolved into one of the most unprofessional and disappointing customer experiences I have ever encountered. ​The issues were twofold, beginning with the product and culminating in the astonishingly hostile attitude of the management. Firstly, the hookahs themselves were of abysmal quality, rendering them virtually unusable. ​However, this flaw was quickly overshadowed by the deplorable conduct of the owner. Our group of four was immediately met with aggression regarding purchasing quotas. The owner insisted on a rigid "one hookah per two people" rule and, when questioned, proceeded to threaten to eject members of our party individually. ​This aggressive and desperate approach to sales extended to a bizarre ultimatum: any patron not actively purchasing a hookah was required to purchase beverages from the owner's separate, adjacent establishment simply to retain their seat. This is not a policy; it is a shakedown. ​To complete the picture, the ambiance was less that of a professional lounge and more akin to a chaotic house party, presided over by a DJ whose performance was subpar at best. This establishment fails on every metric—from product quality to basic hospitality—and I would strongly caution any potential patron against visiting.
