The owner really needs to watch his language. He used extremely vulgar and disrespectful words when we brought the issue to his attention, which was completely unacceptable.We are regular customers, and this was by far the worst experience we’ve had. They had someone directing customers where to park, and he instructed us to park in the neighboring business’s lot. As a result, our car was towed.When we raised the issue, the management denied that the parking attendant worked for them, seemingly to avoid taking responsibility. Instead of trying to resolve the situation, we were given with extremely vulgar and arrogant language. Worst management ever…

My friends and I had a less than stellar experience at Shahrazad this past Friday night. Our waitress, Krystal was very unhelpful, telling us she wouldn’t give us any hookah recommendations and walked away mid order. I was still sipping on my lemon mint drink and it was taken away from me. We dropped one hookah tip and she told us we were not allowed to have another tip and to show me where the other one went. As someone who works in customer service myself , this is NOT an ideal feat. Basic courtesy shouldn’t be optional. There’s a difference between being busy, and being rude- she was blatantly rude. I’m seriously considering not coming back after this experience, which is unfortunate because the lounge itself wasn’t the issue.

Staff and patrons are awesome, and you can't miss with a joint like this. Outdoor seating available, and the best banana-honey smoothies you've ever had. Coffee and tea too, with a food truck nearby.

The service will be a little slow but great place to hang out with friends. Highly recommend double apple mint for a strong flavor
