This place has been exceptional. Friendly workers, always upbeat and ready to help find what you need. I am new to NC and they’ve made me feel very welcome both at the store and just out in the world giving me tips of places to go etc. Ray and Byron (hope I spelled that right) are who I see the most based off when I go in, and I LOVE getting to chat with them and be assisted with them. Everyone else is wonderful too, and I highly recommend shopping here. They have a variety of things to choose from, and it’s always clean and smells good inside.

This place is seriously one of the best smoke shops in Raleigh. The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable, and they have a good variety of selection at better prices compared to others. I've been going to this store for years, so this review is long overdue! The staff take the time to talk to you, understand your needs, and use their knowledge to best match you with a strain or flavour or accessories/equipment that's right for you. Even just today, I was bitching and moaning to C about my eccentricities when it comes to smoking and similar items; how most of them don't work for me, and why. They took me seriously, made me feel validated, and sent me home with a purchase and a smile. This shop truly is a haven ❤️

I received a defective product from haven and tried to return same day with proof of purchase and was denied and told only the boss can do it and 3 times I reached out to contact him and he isnt there. I would goto any other store. Im willing to change my review if I get a refund or at least a working product.

The packaging was just plastic, with no seal at all you just open the box and take the vape out. That immediately made me doubt it, since someone could have opened and tried it before. The seller told me they all come like this, but the very next day it already started tasting burnt. Meanwhile, the same vape but with a different flavor lasted me 4 days. It really makes me think this one might have been used before I bought it
