I'm really sad to hear the store is closing. Kayden has been amazing. He was always so welcoming and consistently made my day whenever I came in. Wishing him and everyone else all the best moving forward.

This is a store like no other I have been to. It is so calming. No glaring neon. No obnoxious signs. Inside is lovely. It is so well-organized and reminds me of an expensive spa. The products are set out on lovely inset shelves or in pretty glass cases. There is plenty of room between each product to make it easier to find your favorite. If by some chance you are unsure of exactly what you need then the friendly staff will steer you in the right direction. The manager, Kayden, is amazing! He always helps me find exactly what I need and he is super friendly and nice. Kure is a little bit of a drive for me but it is worth it for the service and the quality. You should definitely go check them out.

I dont really have a choice with vape places since I dont drive. But I find it horrible service that I had a warranty on my V8 priv purchased from avail. Both tanks broke(bad quality product clearly) I asked if they sold replacements the guy basically laughed and said I have to buy a whole new mode. I mentioned twice it was under warranty and he just ignored me and said look online. The juice- now the juice is a bit over priced for the little amount you get at this place if you have to go here (like you have bo other choice) paca mama strawberry is your best bet. It is extremely disappointing with the amount of money I have thrown into this store that they cant even honor the warrant on their products!!! Oh I forgot if you are still reading the trigger on the V8 priv literally held together by a tiny piece of glue. Mine broke the first 3 weeks of owning it but I used a rubber band to hold it together. Bad bad quality please do not buy from Avail. Expensive vapes with very little quilaty I will be saving to buy a good vape from Carolina Vapor Lounge. Sorry Avail you lost a customer today. Please fix you customer service. Over 200 dollars spent here in 2018 and they cant even honor their warranty.

I adore the employees here. They're always so kind and helpful. I had a not-great experience the first time I went into a Kure location. It unsettled me to the point that I decided not to shop at those stores. Finally tried this one last year and they completely changed my view on the company. The employees specifically at this Kure are some of the best people I've ever had the pleasure to interact with. They welcome all walks of life, and are the strong backbone of a beautiful community.
