The people working here are kind, courteous, and friendly. Except for a woman who will, given an arbitrary decision, choose difficulty. I'm not sure they will even let you see what you want to buy anymore. Consistency is so important in business. This review will likely be edited to make it better or worse.

The owner is very nice and accommodating. I've been up there twice now after closing because I am a bad planner. Never makes a big deal about it. A stand up guy. Also even better, he always has my juice and coils in stock, which is very rare for a vape shop around here. IYKYK. Thanks Vape Vault for being awesome!

Ordered some vapes from the vape vault. I live in Alabama. Joe answered the phone and answered all my questions. Buying from the internet can be stressing. Joe made it easy. Loyal Shop. Good People. Good Prices. They don't do this Often but they will secretly take care of their Customers so they won't have to spend all of their money on One Purchase. They will also be blunt in case some was to constantly take advantage of them. But they will take care all of their loyal customers to make sure they leave the store Satisfied.
