I went in not knowing anything about vape devices. Looking for something better than Njoy and the young gentleman working today really took his time to thoroughly explain to me the pros and cons of several different devices and liquids. I ended up getting the new Luxe in green. I’m enjoying it and the juice he recommended was perfect. He signed me up for the weekly discount program which is great. I highly recommend a visit whether you’re a vape ninja or a newby. Friendly, knowledgeable staff, a HUGE selection and welcoming atmosphere. Thank you!

After 3 visits here…I’m done. The guys that work here are NOT friendly or knowledgeable. I walk in, tell them the exact e-juice I’ve been using for over 10 years (same brand/flavor/mg) and have to point it out to them since the only knowledge they have is making money…..trying to talk me into buying a different e-juice they paid less for wholesale, while being rude about it. It should be a simple and friendly transaction. Unfortunately, they make it a hassle. Go to Moe Tobacco and Vape if looking for a friendly, knowledgeable, and hassle free experience.

Used to be the best vape shop but now their service is terrible. They went out of their way to say a product I was discontinued when that was not true. They just don’t do inventory correctly and the workers are incredibly rude now when asking about selection. Just go to Moes or Thunder in Lightning in Wake Forest instead.

Awesome staff. My wife and I see them almost daily. Very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. Restock happens often. They have recently expanded the Delta 8 section to include flowers. Very knowledgeable. I've never had a bad experience and often enjoy the recommendations.

Very helpful and considerate staff. They know their product and can quickly provide thoughtful and informed recommendations when asked. Stock is very nice, with top of the line products and plenty of budget friendly options. Was able to walk in and back out in 15 minutes (I wander around a lot okay) with what I wanted and a little extra cause obviously.
