Update: 2-17-21. Prices have still gone up and the staff is mediocre at best now. After shopping around it's with my dismay that I will no longer be going to madvapes. (8 year customer). After buying multiple coils and being told that they were compatible, when in reality they were not, was the last straw. The staff is great but the prices keep on increasing. The point system they use to have was great but has eroded to an online platform where you have to log on to use them. It's clunky and you get very little in return for being a customer for 6 years. I've already transitioned to take my business elsewhere. Good luck!

I've been ripped off by this place more than once!!! They sell u discounted tanks without telling u they r discontinued, then when u return to get coils they r supposed to b "on order" and then they never show up!!!! So u paid an unreasonable price for a paperweight in the end!!!

Fired my favorite mixologist but they have made a decent come back sadly they don't seem to keep employees very long. Always seem to out of the coils I'm looking for sadly.

Didnt act like they wanted to help when I asked questions about e liquids and very limited kinds of juices want be back soon
