Tried to rent a Uhaul dolly to tow my car and they sent me here to pick it up. The dolly had no wiring harness for lights and the owner said they get stolen all the time so i would have to go buy one. Uhaul instructed me to go get a refund and go to another location. The owners wife said corporate would have to reimburse me until I told her I had just gotten off the phone with them then she said her computer was down. I told here I wasn't leaving and the truth is she just didn't want to. Once my resolve was established I received my refund and said thank you at which time the owner said F#$K you. I managed to be polite and leave but if he represents uhaul I will never do business with them again. I used Penske to move from New Mexico to NC and never had an issue. This place has no business existing. Three people who looked 16 came in and bought beer with no id and the place reeked like someone was hitting a bong in the back room. Don't go here ever for any reason.

I always wondered why this store never really got much business. Well I found out recently. I went to purchase something and first of all it was almost 2 dollars more than any other store in town for one ☝🏽 but I said forget it (I was waiting on my dads food from next door). When I pay (using Apple Pay) and this chick hands me my receipt I look at it and ask her why was charged a additional dollar. This SCAM ARTIST says for using Apple Pay! Like lady are you serious right now!? Lol. I should’ve read the reviews before going inside. They have a 1 star ⭐️ (and that’s only because you have to at least give a star to review a business). They don’t even deserve that one ☝🏽 star! If you weren’t overpriced & on top of that taxing folks you would have a plethora of customers like the pizza place next door. I’m convinced the ONLY reason they are still open is because of that pizza place & the stand up machines I hear folks gamble on in the back of the store . Blacks need to stop allowing these people to set up in our neighborhoods and rip us off. They never go to the white neighborhoods. It’s a reason people ! We need to take our community back . When I was growing up we had black owned stores . And they didn’t try to scam the community. I use Apple Pay all the time , after all it’s 2022. I have NEVER paid extra to use it. That’s just asinine. Go some place else because this store don’t value you. They value your dollar only. A hot mess. My dad food next door was 10 dollars , and I paid with the same method. My receipt read 10 dollars, not 11 😩🤣🤣. Definitely won’t be returning . You gotta be a special kind of BROKE to charge ppl to use ApplePay. Bless they hearts 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

They Love to over charge if your using ebt. They sell loose cigarette. They will keep your change.

All I had was a $20 bill the short man was confused and he misread what I handed him and he said I only gave him a $10 bill instead of counting the drawer to make sure that he didn't make a mistake he and the woman who owns this store called the cops and said that my $10 was not important to them so the cops will have to figure it out. Not only did they lose a customer yesterday they lost a long-term supporter because my partner quit going to them years ago warned me about doing business at a store that sells out of date products. If it could be a negative star rating I would start with discount cigarettes beside Roses on US 301 behind the Wendy's next to the Italian Pizza Subs this is establishment must be exposed for their lack of integrity and thievery.
