I've been sent here a few times, and every time I come in, the staff is professional and kind. They actually listen when you explain what you're looking for, which is great. The last representative Jai, I encountered was very attentive to the inquiries I was sent with and really listens to what customers ask for. She even sent me back with something better than what they asked for for the same price since she helped find a bargain, which was very considerate.
