Typically good service and broad selection. However..Door was locked at 10 but signs said open. Called 3 times, finally got an answer then he hung up . I watched the guy answer, hang up, and go back to the back room. This is an hour after they “opened”

great on prices and straight forward. very kind and helpful as always. Ive been going here for a while & I'm sad that I chose to go to the smoke store N&A by Walmart market on university. The guy at summit square nor any other employees there have ever treated me poorly like N&A did today. so this is definitely an appreciation post for summit square tobacco! I highly recommend! 10/10

Horrible service. I would recommend finding a different store to shop at. The man behind the register was rude to both me and the other lady in line. Very dishonest with the prices and showed 0 interest in selling me items when I was willing to spend $50+. Would consider hiring someone who is a bit more friendly if I were the owner of this store.

Bought a high dollar item. Didn't work as advertised. Asked if I could get a refund. Said he couldn't give me no money back. So spend $170 for nothing because the item is trash.
