10/10 highly recommend this shop! The owner truly cares for his customers. They’re so knowledgeable about all their products and always show us the newest stuff on the market! I won’t shop anywhere else after finding this little diamond in the rough! Check it out, I promise you won’t be disappointed!

Bought a Maven pro torch lighter for $30. The valve was defective from the manufacturer and was completely inoperable (Valve stem had defective seal and wouldnt hold fuel.) Cloud 9 won't accept the return even though the torch is under the manufacturer warranty. They refused based on "clear damage" to the product. Pictures attached show the "clear damage" (a small abrasion to the plastic from removing and re-seating the valve stem.) I Don't recommend the shop. Valley smoke shop is very close anyway.

This place is awesome fair and great prices they always take care of me and my wife very friendly and nice workers keep up the great job

They lie to customers and then stand outside and smoke the stuff they claim not to sell or claim is illegal when it isnt
