Had a bad battery in one and was told to come back later if I had issues, so I did and the guy with long hair(who always has an attitude) got mad that I came back after he told me to. The guy needs fired. He is extremely unprofessional and racist. He called me the hard R is this how this business is ran? Absolutely wild. Will not be back

Bought a battery here and returned two hours later because it didn’t work and was told I couldn’t get a replacement because they weren’t working two hours ago.

Sold me a broken blade yesterday… (I work in retail so I understand some items slip through with defects) but they won’t exchange it for another. Waste of 13 bucks. I was told that they didn’t “remember selling any blades yesterday”
