I adore it here! I will literally go out of my way to make a trip here. The men at this store are not only friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable of their products, but I feel safe walking in here! It sounds strange, but I take notice of when I feel safe or not. Love it here, highly recommended!!

Place was good about a year ago, don’t buy vapes from them , double priced on top of they will stop getting your pods in for that certain device making you buy a new one. Owners friendly just doesn’t try to please his customers. I’ll add on since you responded, I’ve been asking for that juice since last summer lolll you just know “got it” no other vape store has them problems and your employee gave me the wrong pods . I told him what I had and he gave me the wrong and never tried to correct it. The vape I tried to purchase today at you store for 40$ b4 tax I got at kings of vapor for 22$ after tax so please don’t say I’m lying on your company again lol

Don’t shop here! Sold me a $8 defective torch that won’t light or refill after prefilled butane ran out and told me there’s literally nothing they can do . No discount, no replacement, not even to test a different torch or get store credit. Both guys in store had zero care and no customer service skills. I was pretty much told sorry can’t do a single thing for you but thanks for giving us your money. Thank god I can use my credit card to dispute. Won’t be shopping her again and I’ve been a returning customer. In response to the owners comment- I called same day saying the torch wasn’t working and had to return to the store after work next morning because they were closed when I was off and that I was never able to use the product. This was within 20 min of purchasing because I went home to use it immediately after the purchase and was not able to use it at all (I live down the street) Of course I can’t come back right away while working. Yes , I walked out of the store after being told there was literally nothing they could do for me it was my loss. They weren’t trying to find a solution in anyway shape or form. What else was I supposed to do sit there and beg? They have a point system that offers points/credits why not have given me points towards a small discount or a couple bucks off a new lighter. Greedy and shady don’t act like your workers tried to help in any way.

Really nice shop! Super clean and easy to look around. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful without being pushy. They’ve got a good variety and are great at recommending things if you’re not sure what to try. Definitely my favorite vape spot.

Great owner , great staff, just tried the modern herb hemp , absolutely amazing ! Just moved from Westlake , you will be getting my business and my wife’s as well !
