This store is cool, the morning shift ladies that have assisted me numerous times when ive came in to make purchases for my self or when I've brought my freinds in to make purchases either way staff is polite, helpful,it's a pretty big store in my opinion to only have 2 girls on staff at the time idk if it's always like that or not but from my experiences for the size of the store and for how busy at times I've seen it get out of no where, I have to admit the two ladies impressively ran that shop and was never rude or rushed a single customer, not to mention took time after my purchase to explain to me how there point system works and how I can get discounts in the future with my email which I appreciated a lot considering no one on second shift had told me ever.

This lady is so absolutely clueless about anything she is selling!!!! 9 just witnessed this interaction w another patron: lady worker was unhelpful, didn't know what products she was even selling or how to use them. Then when customer expressed frustration at her lack of knowledge being that she works AT A VAPE STORE she should know SOMETHING about vapes! she became belligerent and yelling across the store , refused to sell to us and threatened to make leave the store.... This was the same lady that tried to steal my knife I'd just bought, she packed all my items into my bag except my knife and she slid it behind the register. When I pointed out I paid for it, she said "oh" and handed it to me.... I'm just surprised by how unprofessional that worker is and I hope management handles it appropriately.

Friendly, helpful staff, clean store, great selection and awesome hours!

Owner is super helpful, super knowledgeable and a great guy definitely recommend coming here.

Cool store. Nice accessories for smoking. They even have pretty cool snacks and drinks that you can't find anywhere else. Very helpful staff.
