Stay away from here!!! They are selling counterfeit geek bars and im sure there are others. I bought 1 geek bar since it was my favorite flavor and noticed the color of the vape was off, and the juice lasted HALF as long as usual and its twice the price than it was. I just bought another geek bar of the same flavor from a reputable store, and we talked about these differences. Brook park Smokes is known for carrying counterfeit products. I will never shop here again and ALWAYS get my vapes and other products from the other local Smoke shop here in Brook Park. Brook park Smokes has screwed me over in many ways in the past. EDIT : I mistakenly went back to this establishment where I was previously wronged many times and purchased a lottery ticket from the machine that has apparently already been claimed. This is not the first time I've been screwed over by this place with lottery, or vapes.

Good store to frequent. Have all the new vapes and tobacco items at a very good price. This is the only place where I will buy a vape! Ive been coming here for years and I'll continue to shop here. Thanks for always being patient and polite to me. Very much appreciated!!!

Great prices, good atmosphere. Mattie is warm and friendly. A welcome edition to our community. They give the personal touch to their customers. If they don't have a item you want they have no problem ordering it for you. very few buisnesses do that. The employees are very knowledgeable with the lottery that is great for players.

The staff here is always so friendly. I go there often and have never had one bad experience. I have found the prices to be competitive, and for some items, the lowest. I prefer to shop local, and this family is genuinely so nice!

Terrible business. I brought 2 vapes from here because they do a deal. I opened my first one in store because I’m only able to smoke 1 vape. I opened my other one and it tastes burnt and it isn’t working effectively. So, since I’ve been coming here for about 6 months and they’ve been good business as far as I’m concerned I go back. I show them I have 85 percent juice in my vape and it tastes like nothing. I’m figuring that a vape wouldn’t trump a business relationship since I’ve been spending my money with them. But the employee MADDY? She explained to me she wouldn’t give me another one. So they screwed me. When I asked her name she slammed the slide door and walked away. Terrible customer service. And they know that too. That’s why they try to do deals to wheel you in. Don’t fall for it. Go to a reputable company. Because they will accommodate if any issues occur. I haven’t had many, but I have had a few and have never experienced this rude customer service. ZERO STARS.
