First time here. Had a great experience. Actually made a mistake while setting up my account so they were unable to find my order but it all got sorted out. When you set up an account online Make sure to use your legal first and last name on your account so they can find it! Like I said everything got sorted out 👍 The wait to go inside was very short (5-ish minutes), in total i was there probably only 15 minutes. Everyone was very polite, very informative and very professional. My first experience at a dispensary could not have been any better. And a huge thank you to Dondre for helping me with my order!

Employees are so knowledgeable and helpful. I went in not really knowing what i needed for sure. They were all to happy to show me many options, I ended up getting a sale. Definitely recommend them. This was my first visit and I was in and out in less than 15 min.

This establishment is very clean, neat, and organized. The employees are kind and very knowledgeable about the products they offer. My suggestion, if you come here ensure you place an order online first. If you don't already have an order, they have tablets that you will need to place an order first anyway. If you are like me and you like to smell your flower or hold the product first before you buy, you wont get thst opportunity until you go back and pay for your order. You will have the opportunity to add more to your oder while there but I wasn't offered the option to "inspect" the product before you buy. No biggie, they have great products, and some of the brands I recognize from dispensaries from Colorado. Great place Def recommend!

Super slow staff even when you've pre ordered. Ive gotten through larger dispensary lines with half the staff in faster time. Not only are you waiting forever on a pre order, you've also got to wait in that super tight space they have to stand in with all those people waiting. Prices aren't very competitive either. You can definitely find cheaper in Ohio compared to Ascends prices, almost by half at some dispensaries. Only benefit to coming here, is if you live in the area and its the closest one to you. Other than that, its not really worth your time or dime.

Best one I've ever gone to. I've been here 3 times now. This location is more out of my way than some places in my city. The extra drive is worth it though. Ascend is the greatest! Everyone is very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and easy to talk to. The product selection is great and so are the sales. The facility itself is well kept and intelligently set up. I love that you have bathrooms positioned immediately behind the waiting area when you first walk in. The first time I came here, I was thinking "I hope they have a bathroom" on the way there. And it couldn't be in a more convenient spot. I love the convenience, the short lines, the quick time between placing an order and picking it up. It's all great. This store is the standard everyone else should be following. I've interacted with about 6 employees here and all of them have been positive interactions. Thank you for your excellence.
