I have been buying my products from this location since I moved to Celina.with no real issue. I bought a liquid that was not labeled an ice. I can't vape an ice liquid. I brought it back in for an exchange and yes I know normaly there are no return or exchanges. I was hoping for some outstanding customer service. They could have claimed out the old bottle but chose not to. I don't believe I'll be buying anything else from this location.

A very cool place. Very reasonable prices. Knowledgeable staff. My only wish is that they were open earlier.

Disappointing Experience at Epic Vapes I rarely leave reviews, but my recent visit to Epic vapes was frustrating enough that I felt it needed to be shared. Note: I’ve only gone to this location a total of three times, and each time was worse than the first. The customer service was well below what I’d expect from any retail experience. The staff seemed disinterested and unwilling when I asked basic questions about the products. It felt like I was inconveniencing them just by being there. To make matters worse, the prices were significantly higher than other vape shops in the area (and even more so compared to online options). I’m all for supporting local businesses, but not when the customer is treated poorly and expected to overpay for the same products. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning, and I can’t recommend this place to others until they improve both their pricing and the way they treat customers.

They are amazing I always walk in the store not knowing what I want and Adam tells me the new flavors they got and I asked them if they have tried the new ones and what they taste like and they always tell me they are amazing and I will never go anywhere else ever again it will always be there

I've been in there once and got an attitude from everyone in there that they don't care if they're there or not. There was like 5 other people which I guess were they're friends and they were more about them than me and my mom. We left. I called there once and asked if they had something and he corrected me very rudely so I said never mind and hung up. Will never give them my business.
