I always have good experiences when the owner is working when I come in. Today I got two Fogger vapes for the first time and didn't know they required a battery pack for them to work. I was frusterated I needed to make another purchase, but out of kindness, he looked in damaged stock to see if he had an extra battery pack. He found one and gave it to me at no charge, plus I like that it reduced waste! Thank you for that, I don't know your name, but I appreciate you big time. My only piece of criticism is that your other male employee with the beard needs to work on his attitude and at least pretend to be as friendly as the owner. It makes me really uncomfortable anytime he's the only one in there when I come in. But regardless, this store is my main go to and has been since I moved here from the Southwest.

Went in looking for a particular item. Asked the sales guy MULTIPLE times for the product needed. He directed me a case and he assured me what you need is in here. Showed me a product I asked him how it worked. He said I don't know you'd have to read the directions. I purchased that and another item. Asked at checkout if I could return the item if it wasn't what was wanted. He said no all sales final. I get the product home only to find out it WASN'T what I needed. So now I am saddled with a product I can't use and out money.

Awesome prices, friendly workers, good vibes n business

Literally spoke to the guy working at like 1040 am about a certain product the state of Ohio banned today. Just because it got banned today doesnt mean they cannot sell the remainder of what they have in their stock they just cant buy anymore from the distributor. So after I drove over an hour to this smoke shop the guy tells me he cannot sell it to me. I understand they dont want to break the law but dont tell people you will sell a certain product and after they drive through terrible weather to get there suddenly change your mind. I will never come back to this place

Always had a great customer experience her at this shop, especially with the owners.
