I’d give this place a 0 if I could. I bought a vape from them that same night it stopped working l came back in, the person working Scott said all sales are final called the owner Mike and said they will not refund or give me a product to exchange. When I asked for contact information it was refused. Horrible business horrible service. The selection they have is TRASH. I hope this place closes as soon as possible. So many of them didn’t work before I bought one. DO NOT GO HERE!

No. Chesterland location is the worst. They offer NO warranty period even on dud batteries. I went back 32 hours after purchase, proved it was a faulty item/ worked with the same woman who sold it to me 32 hours ago and she “could do nothing” no warranty. No exchange. No calling to the owner to ask for an exception. No discount. Nothing. Every other store understands there’s occasionally a bad faulty vape. (They agree that it’s a faulty vape) they just refuse to do anything about it. Go to any other head shop tbh.
