I recently had taken a venture down to the rib cook off in Downtown Willoughby, that of which at the time I was delighted to have seen a cigar booth with a fair selection of cigars for purchase As per usual, I typically partake in any House Blends that are available to not only support the tobacconist shop wholeheartedly, but to see what blends and styles they prefer My first take for the maduro that was suggested to me unfortunately was rolled far too tight and lacked any draw beyond having to suck on it like a golfball through a straw I requested a simple swap as occasions such as this do happen by chance, from time to time, to my displeasure the tobacconist on staff began to give me a hard time saying that they've never had anyone return their house blend (perhaps in fear of ridicule?) as she had to take 3-4 hits to get any smoke off of the very same cigar I eventually after some convincing I got another that hopfully will have a proper draw, but only time will tell This occasion has put a sour taste in my mouth as every tobacconist shop ive visited, and had a problem with a cigar, they've always been happy to swap it out

Whenever traveling, I enjoy buying cigars from different parts of the world. Usually shop owners are happy to receive visitors and enjoy sharing their views and opinions. They act friendly and give advice to help select the right cigar. Unfortunately the owner of this shop was very jumpy, unhelpful and unfriendly. Worst experience ever, would not recommend.

Excellent selection of high end and more mid level priced cigars. The opus, cohiba, and padron lines were well stocked.
