I’ve never had a problem with this location until today. Bought a RAZ product x2 and have never had one be bad and this time one wasn’t working period and the second one was COVERED in juice inside the plastic but they refused to do an exchange, even though I came back the next day and the employee was the SAME ONE WHO SOLD THEM TO ME. I was coming in once a week to buy 2 of the $30 raz disposables because it’s close to my house but after this experience I am really unhappy with the service. If a stores policy is that you have to try them before you leave, then like other stores you need to MAKE or at least even ask if people would open them before leaving, which didn’t happen. Just be warned, if you have a problem with a product and it’s not seen immediately, they won’t help like every other retailer. They just take your money and push you off. Attached are pictures of the awful quality they wouldn’t exchange.

We went l here tonight and got some great deals. It’s a fun store, and me and my partner will definitely be back! Also, I feel kind of bad because we ended up buying their big pride flag/weed flag which was hanging up over their “decorative vases” I definitely recommend checking this place out!

Great vibes with the staff, I enjoy checking out the many different locations and this was a good one for sure! Straight shooters when it comes to eliquid, clean shop and a variety of options for your toking needs. Keep up the good work Lefty’s!

Likely won’t really shop here anymore as the biggest reason I was, was for the manager Ashley, who always had great conversation, useful information & made the space feel bright. Now that she’s not there, I’ll likely go back to my other smoke shop that had better deals, better variety but slightly further away. She really made the place

We’ve been going to lefty’s pretty much ever since they open their store in Eastgate. We LOVE the staff! Truly genuine people who have your best interest and finances at heart. Amazing products! Never have had any issues and if we did we felt like the staff truly acknowledged our feedback. We go here a couple times a month and don’t plan on stopping! Cannot recommend the staff enough!!!!
