Got excellent service from Lefty's on Ridge. The gentleman who helped me and my fiance find his dad some good cigars for Father's Day was very helpful and knowledgeable. My fiance always goes to this location and it's nice to know we'll get great service from great staff again.

Don’t waste your time here. My boyfriend made a stop at this location to grab me a pack of vuse pods, and they were completely expired. When he returned 30 minutes after purchasing, employee was extremely helpful and agreed that they looked awful. He attempted to ask the owner to make an exception on their refund policy (considering it is their fault for keeping expired product), however the owner was firm. I can only imagine what other items have expired in their store that they continue to sell to customers. If I could give 0 stars I would! Sold me a vape that wouldn’t charge. I bought the vape the day before this happened. Not even 24hrs roll by and I plugged it in at work and wouldn’t charge. So I brought it back in to replace the FAULTY PRODUCT like any normal person would. The guy then said I can’t all sales are final even FAULTY PRODUCTS ARE!!!! They will never receive another penny from me. Highly recommend anywhere else.

Went back to see if I could exchange bc I’ve literally only had it for a day, I understand if I’ve had it for more than that, but a day? And wouldn’t exchange? Wow the old guy in his 50s or 60s that runs the cashier is a total thief. First time I came in the dude never game me my change waited patiently for around 30 seconds then I turn around to look at something as he's obviously having trouble counting out change. He decides to donate my change to the tip jar?? Ok whatever.. so yesterday I come in and the total comes up I use a card this time so it doesnt cause the same guy issues cause math is no his strong suit. Anyway told me the total and then check my credit card statement and its 6 more dollars than what he said. Im calling everyone I can to get this guy the karma he deserves. Attorney General is first.
