Bought a defective glass piece. Went to the car got a good look at it and the bowl piece hole for smoke is so time a race she tried to use to see if the was air flow hardly fit. They did nothing about it and had an identical one right there. Also hade a 20 % discount sign for all glass but didn’t apply for me idk why. Overpriced too other smoke shops have pieces 25 and up but this place starts at like 40$ I wouldn’t go here I was you I’d take my money elsewhere. They do have a nice large selection.

C takes great care of his customers here. He always has my favorite Macanudo cigars in stock and I can’t thank him enough. Cheers to you C!

The place was very clean and the customer service was extremely welcoming and helpful. Also beautiful cigar room!! Not to mention they have pretty reasonable prices. Will definitely be back.

C was super helpful and resourceful with helping me find a new piece. Definitely going to tell more friends about this location.

Everyone is really nice and the shop is super clean. Nice cigar room and fair prices
