I got new workers with bad attitudes how hard is it order hempire rolling papers and other things too.you don't want to work go home

My other half and I use a couple of products there. We've had a great experience there. Most of the staff are really good at answering questions and getting you what you are really looking for. We've been very happy with them.

Purchased a dab pen that ended up being defective so I took it back for an exchange. The guy working was the same one who had sold me the device and he was very helpful and nice but had never experienced doing a return on a faulty device, so he called his boss. She was on speaker phone, walking him through the process, and she sounded annoyed with the whole thing and suggested I take it home and try it. I had already did a trouble shoot on the device and wouldn’t have been bringing it back if I was unsure about it being truly defective. For the sake of simplicity, employees should be better trained in these procedures, and the ones who are there to help when an issue arises shouldn’t talk down to their employees or the customer.

Had great stocked selection of Elf Bars. The attendant was extremely patient, informative and helpful in picking what I needed. At the same time she was helping another customer who was in public for the first time in many months due to recent surgeries. The staff member (and myself, I’ll admit) took special care and intention to make sure she had a positive, supportive, encouraging and exciting experience at the store, and honestly this brought me a sense of community. Will definitely be going back!

This morning when I walked into this store, I was greeted by a gentleman who was very patient. Pretty darn good salesman too. I came in to look around and through verbal engagement this gentleman brought up his preferred brand and what have you. I ended up buying a one hitter and some cones. He was courteous, professional and very well educated on his products. I’ll definitely be returning.
