Lola was very helpful! They had a nice selection of glass for me to look through. I was able to get a great piece for my girlfriend and something for myself too!

I had a great experience at Urban Glass and will definitely be coming back. The staff was super friendly, welcoming, and really knew their stuff. They took the time to help me find exactly what I needed and made the whole visit easy and enjoyable. The shop itself is clean, well-organized, and well stocked. They carry a wide variety of products and prices were fair. Overall, this is one of the best smoke shops I’ve been to. Great customer service, solid selection, and a great location. Highly recommend checking it out! Shout out to Raj for great customer service!

Best smoke shop in Hyde Park!! The 🧠food these employees supply is truly amazing! If i have questions about anything smokeable this is my first stop! Troubleshooting and top of the line products, i couldn’t recommend a better smoke shop😜😜😜

I stopped in earlier and was so impressed by the quality and range of products that this store offers! The staff was really thoughtful in answering my questions, ensured I felt comfortable with my purchase, and shared awesome recommendations. Will definitely be back!

Love this little shop! Raj and co. were super helpful, informative, and answered all my questions about what they offer—and their vape selection is perfect. Also, as a Hyde Park resident myself, I appreciate the efforts to fit in with the vibe of the neighborhood. It’s understated and the signage is nice.
