I don't understand this vape shop.I've been coming here for many years.And today, I come in and they give me a vape.From 8/25?? , you do know how old that is, right.That is stale and garbage.And they think it's okay not to give me another one, because they don't wanna lose money, either lose money or lose customers.Which do you want? Just make it right and swap it out with a newer one. How hard is that?

They were really patient and kind. I will be returning here, not because their products arent offered elsewhere but because customer service goes along way.
