It is true, this place is totally a scam. Reviews are saying exactly what the place is. Instead of renting uhaul here go to another place or they will rip you off and ending paying pver $200 here. They are not professional and they tey to make as much as they can by charging fees and extra fuel l, wven when you bring ot to them with the same amount of fuel. Do not waste your time here. Also the store is not welcoming. One computer ised by two employee nd smells terrible with a lot of dusts in shelvew.

I love this place. Where I go for all my shells and now he even sells bud. They're always very friendly and always give me the best deals. He takes care of his customers.

Very nice owners and staff. Great price on Feel Free too!

The guy was friendly and funny. I typically wouldn't rent a uhaul from here because it is located in a store, but checkout was much quicker than if I had gone to a uhaul rental only location. And he had customers. I definitely plan on returning to this location. Check in was just as fast. Very pleased. Time is valuable.

U-haul rental scam - the vehicle/equipment/odometer reading and what’s on your contact doesn’t match. And you’ll be charged for more than your estimated mileage. Fuel charge scam- They’ll convince you to take flat fee of $20 no matter how much extra fuel you put into the tank while charging $4.75 per gallon if you return it anything less than your out fuel. They won’t come out and check the reading while taking it out. So, do not accept the rental without it being checked and adjusted prior to your departure.
