I walked in the store with a few people, we were looking to buy something only to be greeted by the very rude store owner. He profiled us and said that the store was closed, No cash sells.

I have visited the VIP Smoke Shop in Beavercreek, located across from the green, a few times and while I haven't had any negative experiences, I feel there is room for improvement. The store doesn't offer many deals, but they do have a good variety of items available. While I am not a smoker myself, I do enjoy their selection of edibles. The staff at the VIP Smoke Shop are decently friendly and helpful, although I believe they could enhance the customer experience by being a bit more engaging. The store is moderately clean, which is always a plus. Overall, while my experiences at VIP Smoke Shop have been satisfactory, I believe there is potential for them to improve and provide an even better shopping experience for their customers. I would consider returning to this location in the future for their variety of items.

Terrible customer service went there on my friends bday the owner instantly came at us before greeting anyone asking what we were there for and what we needed. Told us not to touch anything unless we’re buying it even when his other employee got the bong out for us to look at. Would never recommend. There’s a way better one up the street with a bigger selection and nicer employees.

Dan was such a great help when it came to needing to get my first disposable. I love vip I dont go to another store because they are so kind clean and officiant.

The staff was friendly, and the selection was decent. The store was clean and organized, and I will definitely return!
