I enjoy going in to the store especially if Michael is working! They’re always very kind and helpful. But I definitely would have to give a shout out to their employee Michael every time I go in there no matter if having a bad day or not I always leave with a smile when he’s working he has got the greatest customer service ever.

Love the shop, come in very often. I do enjoy the new employees, as they are great and have amazing customer service and great with greeting you as you come in, as for the bigger guy he’s normally being somewhat rude. The last time he started an argument with me and a family member. He seems to dislike his job. The new guy Sebastian was amazingly good w making sure I had everything I needed and wanted. No rush and helped me with my loyalty! Loving what the new employees are doing with the place cleaning up the place, and it’s looking great.

I am frustrated a bit. This is the second time I've had issues with this place and I have been coming here for quite some time. I started going to Wild Bill's a while back after the first issue with a vape literally smoking & burning the bottom of it(luckily I didn't leave it unattended or it could have burnt way worse things like my house) right after getting home from getting it only to be told they wouldn't do a refund. I had a better experience at wild bills after that but months later I decided to give this place a second chance as I was a loyal weekly customer for a looong while before that happened. I was told about a product a few days ago by one of the workers, who was very kind & informative but I was unsure if I wanted to purchase it just yet. Today I decided to perhaps give it a shot but wanted a price first. I called & was told what it would cost. They stated the price today was due to a deal. I enjoyed the kratom product so much so that I decided I wanted to purchase more tomorrow. I wanted to understand what the normal price is given thar today there was a deal (perhaps I should have asked while there but it didn't come to mind to do so due to not being sure I'd even like the product yet so I guess that is my fault) I called inquiring the price of it without the deal stating I may come get it tomorrow. The man was rude & short & told me he would not be able to give prices over the phone. I tried to stay polite but he was still short despite being I was given a price literally on the phone just earlier today. I do get that perhaps they aren't to give prices over the phone but due to being told earlier I felt it uncalled for & rude tone. Perhaps this is pety and small so I shouldn't complain but given I was told prices earlier & his rudeness it has me upset as I now have to waste gas, gas I don't have mind you given these current crazy gas prices, just to find out the price. I know to many it may not seem a huge deal but I do not have money to just burn through & this product helps my pain so I just felt it unprofessional for a business to have one person doing one thing & hours later being told by another person they can't and won't do that & being short & rude. Back to wild bills it is I guess which saddens me as I wanted to be a loyal customer again as I was before but it no longer seems worth that to me.

The characters name was Sebastian he was extremely courteous and after I had signed up with the Loyalty program or rewards I was able to get a really great discount on a product I wanted I would recommend this store to anyone who'd like to have a good deal

Great kratom selection but even w/ 25% off the prices were insane. It seems like this is just par for the course in this area. I’m not from here & where I buy kratom it’s consistently like $10-$25 cheaper for every brand than every shop in this town. I pay $19 for 150 caps of earth & $30 for the 300 caps. All the shops out here are charging $30-$40 for the 150 & $50-$60 for the 300 caps. The guy working was very nice. Which is why I caved & bought one bag. But unfortunately I can’t justify paying nearly double for kratom. Even w/ the good customer service.
