Ana was a doll to me. She was so helpful and kind! She should be a manager! She has great people skills! Will definitely return to Wild Bill's! Thanks so much Ana!!!

The staff were genuinely very kind and courteous. However I've had to return a pen 3 separate times in a row now, literally every pen I have tried from them has broken within 3 days. The battery simply died on the first one, the second wouldn't hit unless at full charge and while charging, and the charging port on the third now only works when held in very specific angles. This is incredibly frustrating and frankly nearly unacceptable to be selling consistently faulty hardware.

Chole is always a great help when I come in to get my things. I love the hospitality she presents. I will continue to come here with delight. Thank you all for being cool.

I had a medical issue at work earlier today and my family member picked me up afterward. We stopped by the shop after work to buy a vape. While waiting in line, I noticed the person ahead of me was checked out without being asked for ID. When it was my turn, the cashier (Lilianna) asked for mine, and I realized I had left it at home. I completely understand that checking IDs is policy, but my family member, who’s in their 50s and had valid ID was also refused service. I come to this shop about once a week, and I’ve always liked the atmosphere, but this experience was disappointing. I get that rules are rules, but consistency would make it a lot easier to respect the policy, i did return with my id to buy the vape 10 mins later

Stopped in shortly after opening! LiLi was upbeat, friendly and greeted me as soon as I walked in. Its rare you find truly genuine employees these days that positively set the tone for your day!
