This place is great. The owner is extremely friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. Best products I have seen anywhere. If they don't have something you are looking for, they will gladly make special orders and take recommendations on products to stock in the future. If you have any questions, this is the place to go. Best place around to shop vape or CBD products. I would highly recommend this shop.

Be cautious of what you are purchasing. Check the dates on the items you want to purchase. This is the third time I have purchased something that has been expired by over a year. They do not remove expired items off of the shelf. This has also been reported to the FDA.

I purchased a Reefer’s Bay vape here and it turned out to be a complete waste of money. The device leaks everywhere: from the mouthpiece, the charging port, and even around the bottom. When I went back to the store to ask for help, I was told that their THC products “do not ever leak.” That is simply not true, and dismissing a customer’s issue instead of helping is unacceptable. This is not just an inconvenience. it’s money thrown away on something that can’t even be used. A business that values its customers would either replace the product or work toward a solution, not argue and deny reality. If you care about getting what you pay for and being treated fairly, I do not recommend purchasing from Vape World. They do not stand behind their products, and they clearly do not value their customers.

It's 5;20pm on Tuesday and I've been waiting for someone to come back from break for 40 minutes. I walked up to the door to get a vape and a hand written sign said (sorry we missed you, be back in 15 minutes. On break). I've since then watched 4 people walk up and experience the same disappointment. I didn't feel like driving to another store so here I am nearly 1 hr later. This is insane. Maybe next time just turn the open signs off and have the note say (closed). I took a Picture of the sign with time stamps. Unable to post those unfortunately. I also called the store and it just rang and rang. 🤙🏼🤘🏼
