Prices have skyrocketed without any notice or explanation. What used to be reasonable has turned into blatant price gouging — higher fees across the board and surprise charges that were never communicated before purchasing. It’s extremely frustrating to find out about price increases after the fact instead of being informed upfront. Transparency and honesty go a long way in earning customer trust, but unfortunately, that seems to be lacking here now. I can understand some increases due to inflation, but the amount and lack of communication make it feel unfair and deceptive. Until pricing becomes more transparent and reasonable, I won’t be returning or recommending this business.

Pretty decent shop, called in last week and they said oh yes the shop said yes they have it, drove 30 mins and oh were out but last night you said you had it? Plus questioning if a vape is burnt or not… you don’t vape I do, just poor excuses can’t do a return and then well I can’t do an exchange for a whole entire kit which I bought I can but oh I’ll give you a pod instead. Where’s my money then for the difference oh none. Ok DONT GO HERE pathetic

I wouldn't come here unless you have some backbone and can stand up for yourself, I was just sold a $25 cart for $40+. The most insane convenience fee I've ever seen in a smoke shop. Would've asked for a refund but I'm pathetic and have anxiety so it's whatever, lesson learned!

This place is my new favorite vape store! Not only is the store very clean and organized but the staff is AMAZING! Ashley especially! She has went above and beyond her job to make sure I’ve gotten the best customer experience! She’s very knowledgeable not only on the actual mods but the juices as well! This lady may have literally saved my life! I went to a vape store previously and had told the employee I was deathly allergic to strawberry, and asked him to tell me the vapes that did not have strawberry in them, well needless to say I told Ashley about my juice and she had, thank god, caught that it was actually made with strawberry…ended up getting a good juice from her and every time I’ve been in since she remembers my allergy and WILL NOT let me even close to anything containing strawberry!! Ashley, thank you!!
