Place has what you need for sure. Prices are somewhat reasonable. But Counter guy is dry and pretty unsociable. My other grip is why would you sell Glass Works and not have the proper bubble wrap or at least paper to wrap the glass in? I still ended up buying but was almost a deal breaker between the lack of social interest in your customers and not having the proper protection for breakable purchases. Act like you appreciate the customers that are spending money.... It goes a long way to make people want to return. Also a bit of music would help make people browse longer.

I always have a very good experience coming into their store and they always have what I need and they always have the best deals!

None of the staff has a clue about what they are selling customers. I even brought in the vape pen they sold me previously and I was still sold the wrong pods. This is the second time they have sold me the wrong item (they don't seem to understand the difference between mg of nicotine in the vape juice, even though you specify what you want). I know it says they are "under new management" but it's the same level of product ignorance. Also, it drives me insane that they refuse to give you a receipt for purchase. I'll just go somewhere else in the future.

Bought a cbd pen from here and I feel like everything was going well until whoever was the store clerk checked me out. Everything was fine I didn’t need my receipt and I said it’s okay I don’t need it and I kindly asked for the pen and The box it came in, this man took my pen out the box and began telling me about how it sometimes leaks but me and my wife were already aware of that as we brought the product before, we told the clerk we already knew about that issue but he continued to tell us and continued to put his hands all over our item that we just purchased. He then began cleaning it and telling us things about the product but we told him we had to leave our Uber was outside he didn’t listen and continued to talk over me and ignored what I said I told him again it’s okay we know can we have the pen so our Uber doesn’t isn’t waiting he still doesn’t listen by this time he’s smiling and laughing like it’s funny like it’s a game laughing with customers because he was doing it on purpose won’t be purchasing anything with him as the clerk or when he’s working and I was a regular before this incident!

I really liked this place the first year or so it was open, but a few months ago they stopped stocking my preferred tobacco brand. They had a different variety of the brand for awhile, but when I went in a week or two ago, almost all of their tobacco products were out, and looked like they'd no effort to refill them. The prices were great, the clerks were friendly, and it was just around the corner. Really bummed they changed. 😕
