The first day I walked into Kalamazoo I was given some of the best customer service I’ve ever received. Since that day I have only ever come here for my vape systems and fluids. Adam and David are willing to answer every question, they are kind even when they have to repeat themselves. Truely a small business I will go out of my way to shop at. Highly recommended!

Always friendly and have what I need. Prices are cheaper than others around at least for the couple of things I get.

Adam is one of my favorite store owners in Elyria not only is the customer service great but so is his coffee ❤️💯. If you haven't had any yet look up (aDam good coffee) you won't regret it☕

very small place probably not much business I purchased two packs of wraps and both of them were dried and unusable even though they were still sealed

Selection of GeekBar brand was slim to none, maybe 5 total if I recall.. I usually go to the same spot all the time and spend 22$ with a HUGE selection. I ended up spending 37$ out the door here on one I had never had before (and ended up not liking). I guess don’t wait til your old one runs out and you turn desperate lol. Won’t be going back though. To add, do not claim your products are made in the US when even the box states it’s made in China
