New to area, This was the first and only shop I’ve been going too. Had a few vapes(raz) that had a few issues, never said anything because they still worked. Last week, I got the Miami mint and it stopped working after a day, no one answered when I called that day, I called the next day and the lady said she doesn’t know if she can do anything, she’ll call the manager and call me back. She never did. I went in today to see what’s up because they’re $30 and barely got to enjoy it. The man today was lowkey rude like “well that’s impossible cause the managers are in Wisconsin” not even trying to help. Safe to say I’ll never come back. Very unprofessional. I know I followed the rules for a replacement but the workers clearly don’t follow that.

Probably my favorite place to shop. Every single person is good to you when you shop there. Go there enough and they treat you like a friend. Excellent products too by the way but excellent staff is top tier. Thank you so much!

I just moved to Fairlawn from NY. This is the very best smoke shop I have been to. The workers are all amazing. I have had not one bad experience. The workers are all knowledgeable. Today I went in and was looking for a specific ashtray to replace one I broke that I have not been able to find and the guy working had it in stock. I was so excited. Great people great shop. Will definitely be back as I’m in almost everyday.

Great employees, easy to talk to and get recommendations from. Makes me feel welcome every time I walk in, quickly became my go to smoke shop. They also have just about anything and everything you could need or want!
