I haven’t actually “hung out” at Cousin’s yet, but I definitely plan to. My review is really about the incredible service I received beyond the walls of the shop. A few months ago, my wife surprised me for my birthday with an amazing humidor. I’m not talking about a 50- or 100-count box—I mean a serious “big boy” humidor. She’s not very familiar with cigars, and to make things even harder, we had just moved to the area from Florida. She took a chance on Cousin’s to help her, and it worked out perfectly. John was patient and really took the time to work with her, making sure her expectations were met while also ensuring what she wanted would actually work in our space. I couldn’t be happier with the result. John and his assistant, Rob, personally delivered, installed, and set up a beautiful humidor that I’ll enjoy for years to come. I can’t thank you guys enough for everything you did. Highly recommended!

Love this place. Very nice, large walk-in humidor with a great selection for whatever you fancy and your budget. I enjoy just going there and being able to sit comfortably and enjoy some quiet. The two large screen tvs are nice. Plenty of places to sit. The only thing that would make this place perfect would be an outdoor patio.
