The Luner Station has all the glass and smoking paraphernalia you could want. The store is very clean and nice. The staff is courteous and very helpful. Everything you need to smoke flower and dabs are here. Rigs, pipes,bongs,rolling papers it’s your choice and they have a wide variety of pieces to choose from. Prices are not bad and probably the best you will find around here. They also have a huge selection of incense to choose from. It’s good here for quick shopping trips.

I had an amazing experience at the Findlay location on 2/18 . I went to get a dab rig for the first time and I was unsure of what I needed for it. Monica immediately greeted me and my friend and told me about some deals going on in store. I informed her what I was looking for and she immediately went to help us. She didn’t “push” the expensive ones when I told her my budget. She was amazing and so informative when telling me what else I might need for it. She was so helpful the entire time and helped me stay within my budget while getting everything I needed. 100000000/10

I’ll start by saying everyone in this establishment is incredibly awesome. But I gotta give it to Austin, he’s so helpful and ready to answer all your questions. Very knowledgeable. Just all-around a great employee!

If I could rate 0 I would. The Findlay location has a major issue with staff professionalism, particularly one employee, Ana. She consistently behaves inappropriately , wearing revealing clothing with her cleavage exposed, openly flirting with customers (including other people’s fiancés), and creating a highly uncomfortable atmosphere. Very unprofessional — not a place I’d return to. On top of that, there were strong smells and behavior during work hours that made me seriously question whether rules were being followed inside the building. This behavior reflects poorly on the business and made me uncomfortable enough to take my money elsewhere. I prefer the Attic. Management should absolutely take a closer look. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in any professional setting, and it reflects very poorly on the business as a whole. I would strongly advise management to look into this before more customers are driven away.

Amazing First Experience! I recently visited Loonar Station V for the first time as I'm new to Kratom and looking for something to help improve my mood and give me more energy. I was helped by two ladies who were incredibly kind, cheerful, and gave excellent customer service. They made me feel heard and really took the time to help me find what was best for my needs. One of them was very knowledgeable about Kratom and explained the different options clearly. She even told me about a rewards program for the product I was buying, which was a nice bonus I didn’t expect. As someone brand new to this shop and to Kratom in general, their kindness, helpfulness, and knowledge made me feel comfortable and confident in my purchase. This kind of customer service is rare these days, and it’s exactly why I’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you so much to the employees at Loonar Station V – you made my day!
