My favorite vape shop! He is kind and fair and great flavored vapes!!

I've shopped here every week for about two years even had the owners phone number at one point on my old phone. Today I went in to make a purchase on a item I wasn't firmiler with I found one I knew I wanted and one I wasnt sure about while the lady was on the phone (first time seeing her before) I put the item I wasn't sure about in my pocket while waiting for her to get off the phone I had got the price on a few items but not this one while on the phone she was asking me to hang on then the person she was on the phone with told her I put something in my pocket and I was stealing it even though I hadn't even had a chance to ring up the original item to ask her about the second item before I purchased it and for the price I definitely wouldn't have its nothing I hadn't done many times before I've always paid for everything I've ever gotten from this store before I could ask the price I was told if I didn't buy them both they was calling the cops at almost 50 bucks each it's not something I would have bought had I known it was the same price for half of what i already knew I wanted if I wasn't being asked to hold on I would have been able to ask the price and what they thought about it instead I'm a long time customer and was accused of stealing and forced to pay for something expensive that I wouldn't have wanted had I been able to ask instead of being told to hold on while they made accusations mind you its nothing I haven't done before in front of them because there is no carts or bins to put your items in while you shop I spend hundreds there every week even tho it's out of my way because they used to work with you on prices because the same items are cheaper in Kenton where I will be going from now on if I stole things from this shop they would have known a long time ago I've gone there for years and always spend a lot of money there it's not that I had to pay for an item that I didn't want it's that I was accused of stealing from a store that I've gone to for a very long time I was a loyal customer up till now. I decided to make this post so long time customers know there business and money obviously doesn't mean shit to them even after getting popped for selling illegal shit there there already over priced any other smoke shop gives better deals. Long time customers don't get comfortable there someone stole from them so I guess there out to get everyone now. That's the last $100 I'll ever spend there there lucky they haven't been shut down for the things they sell there as it is. Karma will come full circle but I just wanted to warn long time customers ur business doesn't mean anything to them someone stole so now there out to get anyone they can if she would have put the phone down I would have asked about the product and product and decided against it instead I was forced to buy it because she wouldn't put the phone down and answer my question

The experience with customer service I’ve had there is awesome. Every time the guys know what they’re talking about. They’re on point with things and definitely the cheapest prices in town most definitely the cheapest prices anywhere in town go there get a vape for almost have the price as anywhere I swear to you go there and See for yourselves I was spending $37 on a razz 2400 puff vape I now spent 20 and that’s after I promise you you will be the best place in town

WAS the best place in town for price alone. However, I’m updating my review because nothing I buy ever gets restocked. I buy their only stock of something and then it’s never restocked again. I spoke with the owner several times, and was told “yes I’ll get right on top of it” “I’ve ordered it” whatever excuse but it never happens and at this point it’s better to go to the other store across town and pay a little more to get what I want, and is always in stock. Apparently the owner here would rather vacation to which ever country than actually run his business properly.

10/10 one of the best new vape stores in town. They're definitely making a mark for themselves. Every worker I've encountered has been nice and so humble and willing to help out with some deals here and there!
