To say that Alt. Smoke is the best vape shop in Columbus would be massively understating how great every experience has been ever since I started going there 3 years ago. The staff are not only super knowledgeable but they are some of the friendliest, attentive, hard working, and customer-first focused people I've had the pleasure of meeting. They really do care about their customers and there have been many times where I walk in for a disposable vape, and end up staying for the conversation and socializing. Not only that, but the store is kept immaculately clean, well stocked, and everything in between. Whoever owns and runs the store should be proud, you have quite the dream team working here. If raises or bonuses are a thing for staff at Alt. Smoke, I can't think of a single one who isn't deserving of it. 5 Stars - Exceptional Service that has undoubtedly earned my business as a customer for life.

Alt Smoke is absolutely fantastic. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely takes the time to help you find exactly what you’re looking for. The store is clean, well‑organized, and has an impressive selection — whether you’re looking for devices, flavors, or accessories, they’ve got it all. What really stands out is the customer service. They don’t rush you, they explain everything clearly, and they make sure you leave confident and satisfied with your purchase. Prices are fair, and the overall vibe is welcoming and relaxed. Highly recommend Alt Smoke to anyone looking for quality products and a great experience. I’ll definitely be coming back.
