Great service. The staff member that helped me was a very pleasant woman that allowed me to see and as questions about the items I was viewing. Great experience for sure.

Tia at this location is just simply a lovely person. She helped my dad and I with a purchase a couple of weeks ago and then I went back to get him some additional gifts she was there again, remembered me, and then we chose the gift together. I plan to only shop at this location because of her excellent service and warm personality.

Always smells so awesome in here! Sales staff not very friendly but they were efficient. Large selection of comfy clothes vibrant colors and concert tees. Smoke aides aplenty.

Great staff and they all know me and are happy to see me when I come in! Prices are fantastic as well. I always find something else besides kratom I need.

Went into waterbeds and my favorite beautiful manager that works there wasn't working today and it was odd because she's always working there I feel like she is waterbeds cuz I know she loves the place herself. I never have a problem when I'm in there looking for things and if I do have a problem and she's there she will kindly show me or tell me a little about maybe a product that I want or give me ideas or even her own opinions on certain things in the store which are all good of course but she wasn't there today and the one manager with the hat "Chris" was there in he is honestly not a people person it seems like it he's extremely weird caught him talking and cussing to himself under his breath co-workers and he asks for something he doesn't say it nice you seem like he was saying it really rudely and I can see the customers employees there look at him with a strange face and this isn't the first time that I was in the store and it just seemed weird when he was working. So I honestly just walked out because I believe I wasn't getting the fair help that was needed and it's way too long but the other employees were very nice . I believe her name is also Stephanie and I just been here for years and she's a great person every time I come in there and because of her I will still continue to shop at waterbeds if needed she also picks out the best incense for me and so many different flavors I never know what to choose from and her ideas on vapes every single vape I got from there is great I give this store 100% hundred star rating if there was an option it should be called waterbeds and stuff that stuff cuz she is the stuff lol . Hopefully I'll come back tomorrow or whenever I get a chance to cuz I decided I don't need the vape that I needed today and hopefully she's there . So to Stephanie manager girl thanks for always providing great customer service that always know how to put smile and laughter on somebody's face I appreciate you so much. ,,,😍😘👌
