Sad u call and they don’t answer the phone and two I bought a pod and a day after I bought it it leaked all out trying to get it fixed and can’t get no one to answer me and then u go in store and owner says don’t even hear u come in and he is in back on his phone so we stood their and waited this is ridiculous been a customer their for awhile

Very bad service! Gave me a kart that won’t work on Saturday, was snowed in and level 3. Come in on Tuesday first chance and time I was out. And he said he couldn’t help me. Said I had to bring it back the same day and wouldn’t help. Said even though we were under a level 3 he was open and I should have came in.

They are really nice people they are a little bit higher than smokers friendly
