Z&A Tobacco has some of the worst parking of any business I visit regularly. The lot is very close to the road, and getting in and out can be frustrating, especially when traffic is busy. It often feels cramped, and I have found myself being extra cautious when pulling in or leaving. My other concern is with the customer experience. During multiple visits, ownership or staff have asked me questions that felt unusual and unnecessary, such as where I was from, what state I lived in, and why I was looking for certain products. While I understand employees may sometimes try to be friendly or helpful, the conversations have often made me feel uncomfortable rather than welcomed. The interactions have felt more intrusive than customer service. The store generally has the products I am looking for, and I have been able to find what I need when I stop in. However, between the difficult parking situation and the uncomfortable interactions, it is not a place I particularly enjoy visiting. It also appears to be connected to the same group that owns several local gas stations and smoke shops, and the overall experience has left me with mixed feelings about returning unless it is out of convenience.

Rude, way over priced, and just to be frank very suspicious & shady. Asked if they had incense burners he gave me a look like it was an outrageous question for the the type of shop I’m in then quickly said what do you? And just as I began to repeat myself he cut me off and said no we wouldn’t have those here. I looked to my right about 3ft away is a pyramid taller than me about 6ft5in tall made of incense they had on sale. I look back to him and before I could say anything he said that I need to leave. I said I need to leave? He said yes you go now. I’m still very confused as to what happened and why?
