Never open when they say they will be . Never . Hours posted online are fictitious. Your lucky if someone is there by noon . Update : they are consistently late. They are not there now. Online says 11 am. Place is nice. Employees are nice. They arrive between 10:30 and noon . It's never just 5 minutes. I walk to you. I don't drive . Your hours are posted online . Everything iwalj there I will snap a photo with the date and time stamp to prove I'm not a liar. You literally are never open at 10 am. I live 500 feet away

This place is your one stop shop for smokes and smokables at a fair price.. And the register woman is super helpful. Making me feel like she goes above and beyond her job assignment to help make sure I enjoyed my visit. She should get a wage increase.

“I had such a wonderful experience at Mr. Vape in Hamilton! The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, making sure I found exactly what I needed. The atmosphere was welcoming and the service was top-notch. Highly recommend!”

Bad service staff was rude I went in to the store to buy a few new pieces as a present to myself for my birthday today and new resident to Ohio not that that matters but as I went in store staff came in after me talking on his phone I looked around no more then 5 mins he says to me he’s very busy and am I even going to buy anything. I was honestly shocked I’m picky and I liked a few things it’s a big store what do u except I already had at least $300 worth of stuff I wanted. all my stuff was wrecked moving but I guess don’t buy from where ur unwanted so I bought like $3 worth of stuff I heard him talking shit on the phone too very disappointed
