Very friendly, smiling staff always says hello. When you come in and helpful with products, I just wish the entire plaza could do something better about the people hanging around outside the door and specifically yesterday bumming money. Otherwise zip would get a five star

Had a wide variety of products and the guy that helped me was super knowledgeable and friendly. I think his name was Jake. Will definitely be back when I'm in the area.

Greatly appreciated Zach's help with picking a new vape pen flavor. He was very patient helping me pick a non menthol flavor. I decided on the Grape Mr. Fog, I like the blue raspberry cherry Mr. Fog better than the grape. They have a great variety and great employees willing to help you anytime you come in!

I went in around 12n on the 17th of Jan. 2026. I want to say it was Lucy but I can’t 100% remember. I had a lot going on and needed a bit of kindness and did she really supersede my expectations! She was the nicest, most thoughtful person I have encountered in a business establishment in YEARS! I can not thank her enough for her generosity. While I was there several people came in and she called them by name and remembered what each person was coming in for. You have a GEM in that employee. I can not say enough positive things about her. Congrats to ZIPs on an amazing employee!! And thank you again for showing me some kindness when I was in a stressful situation.
